    PLEASE NOTE:

    • All orders are packed on every Sunday morning of the week. All orders are shipped the following Monday. (Dutch time)
    • Standard shipping is done via PostNL airmail – Netherlands. Standard shipping does NOT have a Track and Trace code.
    • Registered shipping via PostNL – Netherlands DOES have a Track and Trace code.
    • For fast and safe delivery, there is also DHL Express with Track and Trace Code.
    • Please note that local customs and local deliveries can also cause delays. We cannot do anything about this.

    DHL Express delivers all over the world with their own network of planes and cars. The shipping and delivery is therefore very fast. Of course with a track and trace code that you will receive via email and SMS.

    The DHL option in the Cart will only appear after you have entered the required information. These are: Country, City and Postal Code.

    The DHL Express shipping costs you see are real-time costs. We have no influence on this.
